What hardware do we need?
A single GPU server is enough for production. Guide values for three sizes are in section 08 — Hardware. Procured by your IT or through us.
What does it cost?
A one-time purchase, no subscription: perpetual license, source code and setup. No cost per user, page or query. We name the concrete range in the scoping call, as it depends on the amount of customising.
Who maintains the system after acceptance?
It keeps running without us. That is the point of the perpetual license. Optionally you agree on maintenance: model updates, further development, support on a time and materials basis. If maintenance ends, your system keeps running unchanged. You only forgo future updates, not operation.
How does our IT security review this?
Full source code for review, no telemetry, no back channel, air-gapped operation. Data stays in-house, so no DPA is needed. Every AI operation lands in the audit trail, stored with you.
